phpBox Web client

Web-based application phpBox is designed for remote and local databases access of:

• The Time & Attendance system Visitor
• The Access Control system Patrol
• The Catering system Apetit
• The Visiting system LuxDoor

through any web browser without necessary of installing the system. Access is protected by username and password and follows the structure of the access rights of applications.

phpBox Visitor:

• Viewing the statement of attendance in text or graphical form (Clock-In, Clock-Out, breaks, working hours balance, reports)
• History of records
• Comparison of registered against adjusted attendance records
• Claims and spent hours of limited breaks (visiting to the doctor, holiday)
• Records filtering
• All-days breaks planning (business trips, holidays etc.)
• Printing attendance report
• Editing of attendance records (option)

phpBox Patrol:

• Immediate present-absent on the workplace
• Information about location, time and type of registration (Clock-In, Clock-Out, break)
• Review the length of the break on the employee and the type of break
• Graphical display of present on the workplace on the information panel
• Records filtering

phpBox Apetit:

• Food ordering and cancellation
• Food exchange
• Summary of catering (date, time, type of food)
• Summary of payments, account balance and credits
• Menu

phpBox LuxDoor:

• Summary of current visits
• History of visits: monthly, weekly, daily
• Planning of visits: who, when, for whom, room reservations etc.
